    dunno about anything special going on in that area if you are asking if they would hire you if you live there they will give you a chance to try out if you have done flatbed or OTR
    and have not been away for to long driver get to take the truck home so no need to live near a terminal

    You may want to check out Mc Elroy. I think they are in Ennis and from what i have heard they only run mon-fri.

    Be careful with the dedicated stuff I'm stuck there now and only gross 700-850 on a good week. Live in Dallas area. Good luck

    Do they have any other opportunities in TX? Been thinking about them for a while but 700-800 a week would be a no go. Would hate to make a switch and make less than what I am now.

    Everybody I have talked too has been about the same in Texas. A few OTR claim 1000 or better most are about what I'm making. I see 6-10 drivers a day coming through the OC plant in Dallas and talk to as many as possable.
