Don't lease a truck from prime ! just stick your foot under a forklift wheel and you'll feel better sooner

Flatbed does sound interesting, it looks harder to handle than reefer. They get more miles than reefer drivers

For solo drivers the only size truck you get is a lightweight. You do get extra on the mile, but as a driver being out 4 weeks you will need more space in that truck. I thought their trucks were governed at 62

    Flatbed sucks. ;-)
reefer guys get to take a nap or something else while being loaded whereas flatbed has to keep an eye out for hokey stuff.
58 on the pedal and 62 on cruise. but it's really more like 61.

Well it may have changed but I worked there when they got those lightweights. At that time you got paid an extra 5cpm to take one of those. If you wanted a full size condo you didn't get the extra cpm. It was driver choice so I apologize if I gave false information but that's how it was then because I didn't take one

The average lease settlement they quoted you seems a little high to me for a solo. More like the $1000 - $1500 range. It's going to depend a lot on how well you do at containing your fuel costs.
