Super single is where you both drive but only for say 14 or 16 hours, but you have one truck

The reason Courtney and I have seperate trucks is well she has the cats with her. Now dont get me wrong I like the cats ok as long as they are in one room and I am in another.

Sorry Jim guess I had it backwards.

Super singles are also crappy tires!

Rather have the duels, at least if you get a hole in one you can still sneak past a scale, harder to do with those singles when they are low or flat.

    Lenrod and chompi Thank this.

I'm with you Bigjim! I can't stand those super singles! They are more expensive and yes if you blow one its not like you can limp the truck to a shop. Not many companies use them either so finding a decent used one to replace the blown one may be tough.

When we bought one of our trucks it came with super singles and I made them swap them out before buying it. They would also scare me having to run in the rain! Looks as if they would just float!

I would maybe use a set if I had a drag racing truck, they have to be cheaper than the racing tires

all i can say is TPMS = Tire Psi Moitoring System..

tire/hub temp gets to high ALARM goes off, tire psi to high ALARM goes off, tire psi gets to low ALARM goes off.. (you set the temp and psi hi/low limit for truck & trailer)

you can tell the tire temp and psi on each tire in real time as you drive

what would it be worth to know you had a tire going down because you hit a nail or a wheel bearing getting hot BEFORE the tire blows out or the bearing ceases and your stuck sitting on the side of the road waiting for road service

paid for itself the 1st time i had a nail

SavageSam, Lenrod and chompi Thank this.
