    Suggest you do this,,

    1. Unplug for 12 hours
    2. Charge on AC for 3 hours
    3. Turn on and when on accept screen press the reset button
    4. Take the USB end of the DC cord and lightly squeeze it for a more snug fit in the USB port on the 710

    Rand is looking at. I verified it did not load on a 510, but a 720 loaded the file, but with 0 locations.

    Mine did the exact same thing yesterday. Wondering if the new map update is bugged.

    If it is in the Database then yes, but be aware not all Databases are 100% accurate.

    NYC will show the posted height, not the actual. In other words, it may show a 12'6", but actual is 13'6". DOT shows to us as the posted which we have to go by.
