How many hours of sleep do you get on your 10?
I have issues with falling asleep. I can lay in bed for up to 3 hours before I fall asleep. My brain keeps going and I can't turn it off. I have taken sleeping pills in the past but don't like that I have to sleep for a full 8, also they make me crabby as all hell too. Weed has always helped but that's not allowed.
Do you have tricks to fall asleep quicker? I know for some that as soon as your head hits the pillow it's lights out.
When it come to sleeping..

I generally can get 8 hours. 7 hours is more common.
The big thing for me was just coming to peace with myself, my life and the situation. -
I cannot sleep during the day.
If I am up all day and then get a load to run early in the am around 2, I might get 2 hours sleep.
Otherwise, it is about 5 hours. -

Sounds stupid but here are two tricks straight from Dear Abby, many moons ago;
First, relax your eyeballs, most of the time we have them pressed against our eyelids, and don't know it.
Second, Relax your tounge. Most of the time we have it pressed against the roof of our mouth!
