Stevens Transport aviary

I understand that you guys have to qualify for the Alliance program, if that is true, what are they looking for in those wanting to enter into the program?

 

Can you fog up a mirror?

 

Over 2 months you have to avg 10,000 miles per month, keep your fuel milkeage above 6.5 (i think) and keep out of route miles under 8%.

 

I didn't believe Stevens criteria was that high.

 

Your counselor will not help you out. Loves to smoke too much. I had a horrible and abusive trainer and she refused to pull me off my trainers truck....luckily I have found another job, Stevens never gave me the miles to pay my bills...sooo I have a dedicated 3000 mile run, now ...Stevens said I couldn't get into Canada....HA, I did and even have a FAST card...now, they send me postcards weekly in the mail to "come back"....never!!! All the guys that graduated with me have left Stevens, they don't seem to care...too many "graduates" and too little trips to keep everyone happy...

 

I don't believe that is the case anymore... about 4 weeks into Grad fleet I was back at the yard and 3 of the guys from my OR2 including my D&D partner were their being converted to alliance... hence my fog the mirror comment.

 

Day 2 of safety hold. Nothing will happen until tomorrow I'm sure. Haven't heard word one today. I got a QC message yesterday to call safety regarding my co-driver. "There are 14 calls ahead of you" etc. Finally someone answers and I explain. I get transferred to safety, (I thought I called safety?), "there are 2 calls ahead of you", "there is 1 call ahead of you", "there are 14 calls ahead of you". This happened 3 times. Not only did my phone go dead, my bluetooth headset went dead. I sent a message to safety and told them if they needed to talk to me to call me directly. I'm no longer wasting my time with Stevens phone system. If they have something that important, they can pick up the phone and dial. I guarantee the wait will not be extensive.

 

Fozzy, sucks whats going on with you but the whole reason i can't understand why they do trainee teams!

Managed to run 620 miles today and not one call to repower this load off me. Looking that since I only get 5 hours back tomorrow, sure it will get pulled off me tomorrow but I would much rather sit for a 34 than do recap hours the next couple as I'm getting junk hours back...

I look at my weekly miles Sunday midnight to Sunday midnight as that is when the qualcomm resets for the new week. Started slow but finished strong; 2931 miles and 7.0 mpg. I only had 1k on Thursday, lol...

I thought that might have been the case too but no evidence of ever having skirts on it...

 

Man I remember being in that exact spot! You have been through so much but "the ride" is just starting! Even more will be weeded out in the "training" phase. This could be the last time you see some of those in your class too as you will all get back different times for your OR2 phase although I HAVE seen 4-5 still floating around still with Stevens from my group. Even ran into one that never graduated....

 

of my or1 group there are i think 3 or 4 still drinking the stevens koolaid lol most have moved onto better places for whatever reasons
