I know who is doing these Injectors as I taught the guy and built his test bench and I know exactly what he is doing and what Hayden (morehp) is upto..
Sadly Hayden can only see BIG $$$ signs by pushing Neil’s from Advanced Diesel Injection injectors out to the USA. Acting as a distributor for these and other parts.

These are STD injectors with Firad nozzles! GA’s to be precise and Delphi Actuators.

Hell anyone in USA can buy these same nozzles over the counter and Delphi sells the actuators so knock yourself out and buy from Force Industries. LOL
These are Neils injectors and Hayden has asked to have Force etched on the tappet.

Your assumption that there is 240 HP with trims is so far off it’s a joke. But keep pushing the Snake oil out there LOL

What you don’t understand is The Firad Nozzles have issues as do the Delphi Actuators and Neil will tell you that but that’s not good to publicize as it may affect Sales and this is all about Sales!!

Tell you what to do Hayden!! Ask Neil if he can make an injector sing like I can?
I tough Neil all he knows about these and he does a good job as a replacement Injector for a C15 and as such its probably great for Fleet owners and companies.

You are no more than a salesman and know very little about the Locic and function of these Injectors. When you have issue who are the customers going to talk to as you know nothing about these Injectors and or the true Logic and operation? AND You will have problems I can assure you! Hell ask Neil who he talks to when he has Problems hahahahha ME!!!!

I guess I don't see nothing wrong with morehp trying to sell these injectors since there is more than one person on here looking for them. We all know Far_call can build them but as he has stated in the USA Kurt is the only one he will build for.Then Far_call says someone else should build them so he can stay on the beach and play with naked women. Nothing wrong with that but now you have somebody trying to fill this void and it looks like they are just getting bashed. I say keep up the good work morehp. Like I said there are lots of people one here needing better than stock cat injectors and no place to buy from. Seems like that has now changed.

 

I don’t post much on this forum because of this school yard BS. and I cant believe the bashing that is going on here haney can shove pdi up everyones ### on here and he is a god for it .Pdi charges a minimum of $1500.00 for a 1 time tune. (They also rebrand others products) Far_call can post on here talk bout how great he is and how great of things he can do but not willing to do them for others, as I see it morehp is trying to help truckers out with a product and he is catching all hell for it, all I see is morehp giving an option and it seems like everyone getting sideways about it! are they scared morehp cutting in on the profit???? @ underpsi how is morehp not helping members the way I see it is he is giving another option, how is Far_Call helping members from sitting on a beach watching naked ladies. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH EVERYONE!!!!!

I remanufacture Caterpillar electronic injectors have done so for six years, at present I have over a 120 units waiting to be remanufactured, yesterday I was informed of another 98 arriving early next week.
Contrary to what people are being told I have been very successfull at what I do.

I do ask Greg for help from time to time, as my Electronic & IT skills are very limited but my mechanical & diesel fuel injection skills are pretty good.
Greg I must say it saddened me to see that you have allowed yourself to take a lot of the credit for what was in my mind a combined effort.
lets not forget Advanced Diesel was already repairing injectors long before we ever made contact, albeit not as good as they are now, your knowledge was definitely the icing on the cake.
There has been so many people who have helped me make this side of my business the success it is.
You are just one of many & I sincerely thankyou.

Fact/ Greg did develop the equipment for coding the injectors But It was my company & its staff that perfected the reman process. Greg was one of many people I have met in my life so far who have helped me to achieve every thing I have set out to do,there has been many characters I can tell you.

I would like to say yes arrangements have been made with Haydn from force to distribute my injectors to wherever he wishes as long as there is not to much of a rush & as for making a killing I do not think so a new actuator,nozzle,spring,machining cost,labour does not leave a huge margin, as you well know Greg when we send your injectors back next week completed.

I would also like to thank Jeff from AEC for he has supported me right through the development process you would not believe the problems i have caused that boy as we perfected the reman process & again Jeff is my product distributor for NSW or any where else he wishes .
Well I think that should straighten things out for every one take care & have fun.
