and your from Missouri.. Shame on you .. LOL
But to be fair it is not the opening day of deer season in most places that happened during Oct... It is the Opening of GUN Season which is when 80 % of the hunters go.. I Bow hunt also so my season started many weeks ago..

You mean the beginning of the Orange Arny march through the woods lol. In some places it's terrible how many orange vests you'll see on opening day -

Ya I hear that man. I hunt all private land. I own around 200 acres combined between my house and our hunting camp. I hunt public now and then but only during now season. Go to public land in gun season and your asking to get killed lol. I like to hunt property that borders public land though. I sit right near the property line and just wait for all the wanna be hunters to push deer to me lol -

Oh, dear. So my hubby who is with his trainer did some odd backing and bumped into another truck. The cops were called and he assessed the damages at about $2k. No one hurt thank goodness. The cop didn't issue a ticket. Said he had to report it on his DAC. The safety manager said to keep on trucking. We are wondering what's gonna happen come Monday. Is this a definate done deal with USX?

That was my first thought too. He is doing his 3 weeks (actually listed in hours not weeks) doing really good. Having such a good time out there. Taking his time. It was a little tricky of a back up and the trainer was in the passenger seat. I was thinking that they would really be upset and not so forgiving is he had been in the road driving... But it was a backing thing. I'm relieved to hear this much. I know nothing is set in stone intil we hear back. Of course my husband is terrified. How long do they take to process everything and make their final decision? Any ideas? The suspense is killing us. Ugh!!! I'm just super thankful no one was hurt. I've seen some videos of some really nasty accidents. One in the county I use to live in a pickup truck ran into a tanker filled with some kind of fuel under a bridge. The explosion and corresponding super hot fire MELTED the bridge. A concrete and steel bridge. They had to tear down the whole thing . So I know how fast things can turn nasty out there. No one was injured and the damage was kept to a minimum. We just want to stay trucking!!
