Road trip to meet drivers and see some customers

 

Chris started his new job on Monday. He's in training for 3-4 weeks, then out on his own. Right now he's doing gas/diesel deliveries...They start at 2am, and are usually done by 2pm.

 

It looks like I'm am getting charged $16 and change every quarter.

If any of you Roehl Drivers live in Iowa Kansas, or even Virginia...or points in between check out Van Wyk...look online for the Hiring area...Im telling ya I love this company......as long as you have your head screwed on right you can do pretty good here...I have met quite a few drivers that have been here for DECADES!!! just talked to one thats been here for 33 years....holy crap thats almost longer than I have been alive

I am trying not to plug for my company...but its a good company and they respect drivers and is very driver oriented...I am just thrilled....we run hard but they try to get us home every week...they don't want us running on recaps..........but you need some experience although we do hire some inexperienced and they go with few trainers we have....the bennies...meh could be better....but at least the office people know who I am when I walk into the office


btw yall have a merry christmas....I am looking forward to having my kids for christmas...I think i will make some cookies for them....maybe have them help...LOL..

 

Psst, Mic.... you should move to like Cedar Rapids area, or better yet Mansfield, IL. I'll get you a job, you'll like it. It's fairly easy and dedicated.
