Boo! I hate these threads where I eagerly turn to page two and the OP disappeared. I'd like to know how it all turned out for him.

I have worked this acount for a year now the starting pay is this 44 cents a mile 22 dollars a stop plus 100 when.the trailer is empty there is 2 to 5 stops on a trailer you do three loads a week and sometimes you can back. To back loads to get four or five loads.a week or you can run over to home depot and pull some of their loads as well at 230 a day flat rate the backing is hard and you have to unload in all weather by hand . But they treat you well and the money is high you get your first raise in three months and your next in six the account is converting over to prostars I just got mine a week ago .

Not a recruiter I am a driver its funny how many drivers get pissed when they see another driver who likes the company he works for if you don't like pulling new trailers with new trucks at a high pay rate then don't come and do this job . They treat me well I have no reason to knock this job

people dont like when companies they dont like have actual drivers say good things. I am with you they have treated me good so why should I talk bad.

I was talking with another driver in my terminal on New Years Day and he confirmed the numbers that Muledriver described. He worked on that account for 6 years and told me that the money is good but the worst part is the customer. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 hours at a store and you are only getting the 22 bucks for it. As for the flat rate, different accounts charge differently. I am on Home Depot and usually get 225 to help elsewhere but I have seen certain accounts pay over 300 per day.

My per day outsource rate depends on how much my boss can get away with chargeing the other acounts I get 230 a day helping home depot and you don't just get 22 a stop you also get unload pay of a hundred per load.as long as you stay out of dc and baltimore it usually is an hour and a half to two hours a store .

For regional drivers how many miles do you average a week. I'm thinking about the Amazon account out of Toledo, Ohio

Depends on the account how long your runs are and how much freight the account has to move you can probably average 2500 a week and if there is another account nearby you can pick up some extra money from them as well us familly dollar guys consider 1500 a good week but we make more money at 1500 a week than the average driver will make running 3000 . And if your account has a lot of stops they will take that into account and pay stop pay .
