Well, I completed my second day of my new job. I'm loving it so far, I'm getting my ### kicked by all the work, but it's worth it.

When people talk about staying in shape by finger printing your freight, I can testify that this is true. Ill be losing a ton of weight, food service is NOT for the weak. What I mean by that is I've thought about quitting but kept going at it. I'm sore all over, my muscles are screaming at me and will until February probably.

I touch every piece of freight on these trucks. Had 7 stops today, left Gainesville, FL at 0230 this morning and was back by 1430.

I can't complain, I earn every penny of that paycheck

Yeah they told me ill be sore for about two weeks or so then my body will get used to it after the muscle builds up.

Food service is a lot more work than I thought. On a good note, I'm guaranteed $700/week salary but at this rate with the extra pay from stops and piece pay ill be clearing well over $1,000/week.

My partner has been here 5 years and makes $1900/week take home!

    Meltom Thanks this.

Nice, can't argue with those kind of numbers, I bring home about 600 a week. Not as much as I'd like, but I don't have to leave the house or pay for daycare.

    DrtyDiesel Thanks this.

I'm liking it, learned a new EOBR program today. So now I'm versed in Qaulcomm, Peoplenet, and Webtech Wireless.
