I assure you those "chain installers" do exist.

I have a 900 same driver. I should be on the yard Friday afternoon and will be having a PM done also. My load doesn't deliver till Monday morning in Laredo so I plan to do a restart at the yard while I'm getting the PM. Give me a holler when ya get to the yard.
BTW, 3760 miles this week. I love my job too!

I've seen high school bands and other groups chaining cars on weekends over Donner Pass. Great fund raiser when the ski slopes are operating.

There's nothing to it. 1st time in winter conditions will take a little while, but every time after you get a little faster. Practicing at home in the driveway w/nobody watching will make doing it on the side of the road go much faster. Remember...open links face out, keep adjusters on the outside. After only doing it twice...I had to walk a guy through it at a customer because he had never done it, and the load he was picking up was headed into northern Cali, as a storm was coming in...he kept trying to hang the adjusters on the inside...

Also remember, no one did it perfect and fast the 1st time. Everybody that's good at it now went through the same learning process you'll go through...but watching a video or a chain-monkey do it will only teach you so much...the best teacher is experience

Got the last stop knocked off and then got a backhaul p/u in Seattle heading to Dallas. Managed to get loaded and got the hell out of Seattle and made it to North Bend tonight. Getting to roll back through some of my favorite roads. Should be back in GP by Monday and hope to get this load dropped then as it doesn't deliver until Wednesday. Pretty sweet backing opportunity at the place in Seattle, took a couple of times to nail it in there. IMG_5419.jpg My last 6 trips including this one: Miles: 1935, 1931, 1389, 1857, 1824, ca. 2200.

I ask a few days ago but I guessed maybe my post was missed. I live in Oregon between Portland and Salem and my app is being processed now. Is my area a good area for poly?
