    Mark,
My 12v power cord on the 710 has recently started getting very hot on the plug. I've moved it to a different socket and it keeps doing it. Any ideas? So hot it's shutting the connection.

Have you run the Dock/Tools - R&D? sounds like a corrupt DCA file. Does this do this only in certain area's?

    Thanks,
    Mark

B/C/E models are not able to purchase LTM's. I would suggest you write to Rand and express your concerns over this. (Be nice and just state your thoughts). Yes Rand knows you drive a truck and how it is. I drove OTR and have passed on some of my knowledge to Rand about drivers.

If you have a B/C/E model and you did purchase LTM's. E-Mail me a copy of the receipt or a copy of the E-Mail showing you have LTM's. Also include - Name/address(no po box)/E-Mail/phone, and serial number off the back of the TND.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I cannot figure out how to route from point A to B to C. Should be simple, right? Not talking about routing from my current location. If this was google, it would be a snap. I tried using the multi trip feature but it completely skipped B. I don't know why I'm wasting my time with this POS ...

If I want to do a-b-c, I put in the route from a to c, then add b as a via point. It's easy. If you're concerned about your total trip time, then pull up the Trip Summary or Summary Map view.

This is not Google, so don't expect it to work like Google. Learn how to use it.

I don't have my TND in front of me. But to set up multi-stop trips is very easy. Why it would skip "B" I have no clue. But it's like any other computer device.

    Garbage in, Garbage out.

Send me an email and when I am in the truck, I can work with you on this on the phone.
