Garmin changed a lot of things between the 465 and 560- same basic layout and such but made a lot of user friendly changes. From the 560 to the 760"they continued those changes- went from the NTTS to the TruckDown database, added a few pieces of eye-candy but apparently, they also tightened up the routing schemes used for calculating truck routes because they are more logical then even the 560.

Is Garmin still offering upgrades for software to the 465?

Yeah, I've got the lifetime map updates and software updates still come out. The NTTS updates are pretty much useless as there's no single main update, just a bunch of undated small ones that cost $20 each. Not messing with that.

Is the garmin Rep still here? Has he provided any info? My question is why does the units look cheap and outdated? And when will we see a WiFi version

Don't know what you are referring to. If you've looked at this thread I have already mentioned the extended services via the droid app- Smart Link. As far as looking "outdated", no idea what you mean by that.

No, the rep probably quit a while back. That's the way it usually goes.

I tried very hard to tell Rand what they were doing wrong but they just got butthurt over it. Nice setup. Multiple units rule.

Anybody drive the PA pike and it goes nuts about low bridges? I know my way around, I use it for trip planning and stuff, but it usually routes me around the PA pike because it thinks there are low bridges on it.
