Will new lease operators have the opportunity to sign on under the "old" plan?

Nope... But the new plan is for loaded AND empty miles, not just loaded like the old plan...

Either way, the money is alright as long as you have a GOOD dispatcher. I can run 3,000 without ever needing a restart, but it only seems to happen when I help someone save a load. Really frustrated some weeks so that's where my whiny posts come from. My girl has too much stress and I have to vent somewhere so I don't start hunting down rude drivers and taking my grief out on them!!

I have seen one setting out front a few months back. Not sure if that is going to be a normal line up or not.

I hear there are something like 6 in the whole fleet. You really need to be making more per mile to drive a 379, it just drinks too much fuel.

Also you get an extra .18/mile (or something like that) on the base pay. It works out better for me, since I DH 18-25%. The less you DH the less advantageous it is, until it becomes detrimental at something like 12% DH.

If you're getting <2500/wk you need to get on them about it. If your DM wont help you move up the chain. If you're doing >2500/wk you should be making it ok as long as you're controlling costs.

Yep... When it came out we were only getting <10% DH... Now we have zero! So we are sticking to the old plan :)
