My intial starting level was 5 and it still is but I did almost dropped a level because my "production" score was lower. If the Driver does not control the #1 factor which is dispatched miles then you are pretty much at the mercy of the system. I brought up the fact of me not getting enough miles so I could up to the person that called me about my scorecard. Of course I got no answer. I, for one, would not spend weeks out on the road to try and reach a higher level because that is what it will take to do it. Then you will have to try and maintain it. Thanks but no thanks.

No u don't drop below your pay when it was implemented. That'll be the lowest and if I'm guessing you f up more then you'd get terminated.

I had a preventable accident in which is complete utter bs and wasn't my fault. I've asked other opinions and even my fm agreed but still got pinned on it. So they took 1 cpm right off the bat, then I didn't get anything for a bonus. I was pretty pissed and got my 1 cpm back somehow. Last time I checked recently after last quarter I was a level 9. I will get it this one for sure. Last quarter also miles were down alot in van as well. Still kinda is in certain parts like fl. 2 under 200 mile loads in 3-4 days time. But now out of fl 2600 in 4 days so idk. Downtime, accident, and late loads is bad. Even after all that I went up 3 I was a 6.

This is where I'm glad I don't have to level up.

It's like playing WoW having to grind to a certain level just to enter a pvp zone and get camped by a higher level. None of you will get what I say so it makes it even funnier to me.

(Jk about making fun of the PayPlan. I've heard other drivers talk highly of it)

Was that 3 on the first quarter of this implementation? If so, I went up 3 back in October. I was a 6 then, but only 4 on the pay because of the "only two levels" BS plus one cent for safety. But now the Oct, Nov, Dec quarter I get screwed with the level 4 and no raise. Not worried about the raise, I would rather have the miles that go along with being the 6. Obviously that didn't happen.

And Yes, Ultra, the number one item is miles dispatched and we have NO control over that.

Coopnp, you just made my point. Any skateboarders here that are close to being a 9? 8?, hell any 7's? If I worked my ### off and could only manage a 4 or 5, then there is something wrong with the way the scale is or the way we are dispatched.

I get it, you condescending bastage. I'm familiar with the nomenclature of mmorpg's. my game of choice in the day was Neverwinter Nights.
