No matter what fleet we do the same for a raise so to speak minus actual labor or work load involved. Get miles, don't be late, don't have a accident. The miles we have no control over so really if they wanted you to stay at a certain level then they can do just that and say slow freight. Freight was slow or the area your in or what not if its a lie or not idk. That's why I said to keep posted about capping out. I got the raise implemented, no 2nd, and 3rd yet to be seen. Pretty sure I was a 9. My fms board out of 62 drivers I'm top grossing truck and I go home more. I know why I didn't get a raise or only got 1 cpm last quarter. I'd follow up and ask questions. To me low miles is a killer right off the bat then a week off for personal time to do whatever from the raise stand point isn't good. A driver for roehl a veteren like 15 yrs with the company said in the lounge b4 this was implemented about downtime for maintenance or low miles would be a bad idea for the new performance pay plan. Idk if ill cap out. I'd ask someone other than your fm, or ask him, operations guy or someone that can explain why you haven't moved up an what u can do to improve. Just my take

I hadn't been through WV in a couple months, and forgot how fun and interesting it was to drive there. Then after about an hour I remembered how much it sucked. Up, and down, slow down for sharp curves, crawl up the mountain yadda, yadda.

Yeah, James is back on the truck, I'm trying to get a reset on my 70, so he'll be driving out of here in the morning

lol. I was never very original. I only used fighters and they were always human. No patience for anything else. Give me a sword and let me hack the monsters. :) I liked playing online too on the persistent world servers. They got pretty elaborate after a time.

Oh and Lantern I got your reference as well. I never got into WoW because I know how I get with games like that. Addicted. I played almost any game Blizzard put out. D2 was my curse. Played that for years.

Prestige I wouldn't because then you have to re level your weapons. I've been killin it with that pump shotty! And Simpsons I had to quit, spent to much $$ on it.
