Would like to go to texas drive tanker and / or hazmat. Does az lic. Transfer over with or without more test?
Also, any idea on whos hiring, where, and pay range etc. Currently running dry van around the S.W. but want to use my endorsements and make $$$.thanks

you should be able to fall into something pretty easy , once you get there , IF you've got the TWIC . -
CDL is federal. Its valid in all 50 states. You will have to get a Texas license because your address changed (unless you keep an AZ address). Haz-Mat and tank (X endorsement) transfer as well.

You probably have to get a year under your belt before you find a good job. All states you have to retake the written if you move into that state. A few like CA and IL you have to redo everything.

I did fuel transport locally in charlotte nc they like 1 yr exp of driving and people with no fuel transport exp so they can train you the way they want.I made bookoo money with them my best week with them was $2400 net for a 7 day 12 hr shift check..

Pope transport they have like 4 or 5 locations.As for charlotte nc there are 6 or 7 different fuel transport haulers every major city cross country has fuel tru cking companies some more than others once you get your your fuel cards they are good at all the same terminals.East coast runs 8000 gallon tanks west coast runs doubles...
