Have you tried Red Wing?

 

If I recall correctly they are. My husband works constantly near pipe cutting oil. His Red Wings last a long time. I seem to recall him taking one of his boots to our local cobbler to be re-soled. Red Wings are not cheap, but they just might do the job for you. My hubby luvs 'em!

just wanted to add that they may make boots especially for your situation ... Again probably not cheap .... But if you did the outlay I bet you'd pay less in the end.

Not sure about the oil resistant soles, I have regular Vibram, BUT I have a pair that is 23 years old (new in 1990), been resoled two or three times, would rather wear these than tennis shoes for walking! The price for the pair I have is I think around $400 custom made, BUT if they last for years it is money well spent!

I have a pair of Gore Tex Red Wings, and a pair of Whites boots. I wear the Red Wings daily hauling fuel, have never liked my Whites boots. Expensive pair of dust collectors. I've worn the same style of Red Wings for 13 years now, and I continue to order the same style of boot every few years. It took me a few years to realize that you get what you pay for, and most importantly, if it doesn't say Gore Tex, it isn't going to be waterproof for long...

 

Look into Danner boots. They are made in Oregon and you can send them back to have them rebuilt if the upper leather is still in good enough shape. I have two pairs of the 8" Quarry boot. A heavy boot, but I never had them leak on me either. I used to work on the water and stand in salt water for hours. Also worked great for riding my motorcycle. My feet were the only thing that was dry after riding for 6 hours offroad through a 140 mile stretch in Alaska in a rain storm.

 

Danner or Red Wing, but you have to specifically look for fuel/chem resistant soles. I also like my steel toe Muck boots, but not sure how resistant to fuel they are (but they're holding up well for a year of oilfield work hauling water/flowback/brine).

 

I have been through a dozen different boots and I think these redwings last a decade (may need resoled).
