    You must post a bond in order to get that authority, I think.

    Yes, there is a bond requirement, and the amount will be going from $10,000 to $75,000 on Oct 1,2013.

    Don't need a broker bond to become a 3rd party dispatcher.

    To be a 3rd party no, but to get a broker's authority, you sure do. That's what we were discussing in the last few posts.

    The "Trucker?" Classification above means I have held my CDL since before I join TTR. So not sure what this means. Thanks.

    Yes he does (in a round about sort of way). If he wants to have an account a reputable load board, he'll likely need an MC number to sign up with said load board. In order to get MC # he needs broker authority (or carrier authority).
