Somehow, it seems to me that any company being forced on E-logs by the powers that be is suspiciously close to blackmail, if not actually blackmail. We are seeing a bit more from the "Agency" refusing to delay implementation of the new rules until after the Court hearing the issue makes a decision, this is just guessing on my part, but I think they figure the Court is more likely to leave the rules in place if they are already deployed.
It would serve the Feds right if the Court found in favor of any of the plaintiffs and left them choking on the crow they would be forced to eat.

Unloaded at my first stop. 2nd in line. 2nd to leave and I had an 11am appointment. It pays to getter done. Still have 5hours or now 4hours and 53 minutes left to drive but I'll finish up my 8 hour break. Which is less then 3 hours and then head to West Jordan Utah. Oh earlier I said It was 4 pallets but it's actually 5 pallets. So 8,000 pounds in the wagon. The wind is blowing from the west at 25mph with 40 mph gust. So I'll go ahead and take my chances on 80. Fuel mileage is going to suck but better then those north and south winds with 50 and 60mph gust. Well time to get some z's. Just another day in the life of an E logger. Getting her done. Yeee haww
