Are you seriously proud that you have to run 600-750 miles a day? Yay for the E-log!!!!! Come on now who wants to be pushed to have to run that many miles? Not me thats for #### sure. Stick to your E-log and running non stop while I am sitting down for a bite to eat and get moving again in an hour or two since I AM NOT PUSHED TO RUN BY AN E-LOG.

I am using a Qualcomm MCP 200. Yep, I can edit the logs... everything but actual line 3 driving. Do it quite frequently with no hassles from the office folk. It is relatively easy to do. On the Qualcomm MCP200 system, just go to the "approve" section of the logs, select the one you want to change. An "edit" button will become available, then you select that, and then select the "scissors' emblem up in the right corner and it will allow you to break up your selection into two blocks. Then you can change the length of time on any block and also the status. Then save it and you are done.

I am not going to sit anywhere for the night when close to home. At a minimum, I would have the wife come pick me up. Most times, I would just switch to OFF DUTY DRIVING and bobtail on over to the house. That anyone would sit that close to home and not go there does not speak poorly of e-logs.... it speaks poorly of the idiot behind the steering wheel. Folks want to blame e-logs for every thing wrong in the world, when usually it is the catatonic driver behind the wheel who is the problem.

I have no problem with that. But it will not be yours or my decision in the final analysis.

30 minute break is fine with me.

Don't like the reset. I reset every week but not always on the same days and the way they have the once a week deal set up is stupid.

It's like telling an office worker that because they came in for a few hours Saturday their work week will now have to be Tuesday to Saturday. Instead of working a short week and getting back to starting their weekend after work friday they can't start their weekend until 168 hours after they last started their weekend.

Drivers can run that many miles because they spend their time DRIVING , not sitting at docks or fingerprinting loads.
Real drivers don't consider running 600+ miles a day being pushed .
