I'm not sure either. I heard something awhile back that the CFO of Swift, Jerry Moyes(?) bought out Central which used to be Dick Simon Trucking.

Home time is great. However, it's not always what it's cracked up to be sometimes, at least for me.

Our kids are all grown now, so, I have no tee-ball, basketball, baseball, football games, etc., to attend anymore. I'm not young and single either, thus, no reason to go out all the time looking to score or to hang out with the homies shooting pool ;-)

Most folks with regular jobs work hard and long hours 5 days a week, come home, eat, watch some t.v., go to sleep and get up early in the morning and do it all over again. Then they get that most esteemed "weekend" off.

My job, as close as dedicated as it gets, allows me to get me home two days a week and for me it works really well. I could stop by the house on my way back through on my way up or back down, however, what I found is that when I do that I always stay up way too late and when I get up to drive I'm really tired.

Welcome Joker! I have to say now that I am home everyday, mama is much happier. Not only am I home all of the time, I also have a more consistent paycheck which makes things better on the home front.
