    I have 1.5 months of otr experience.. I now have job offers from ffe, deboer, srt, western express and knight transportation.. I'm leaning towards knight.. If u had to pick 1 of these companies which 1 would u pick and why? Thanks

    Western Express (flatbed division)
    Melton Truck Lines (flatbed-will hire right out of school)
    trans-system (hires right out of school)

    Other than these listed; Knight Refrigerated
    Your best money annually will be tanker or flatbed.

    stay away from western express van or flat ive heard nothing but bad things about them and the money is scary melton ive heard nothing but good

    Knight has cameras in the cab? Wow.. I was trying to get in their dry van position.. Can anyone tell me if they have navigo on their trucks as well..

    Yea but they only start with .27 cpm.. Knight starts with .33 and offer better home time.. Where did u mainly run with srt??

    Sign on with FFE. Make sure the camera is on, then drive naked, wearing nothing more than a company hat and a smile.

    Companies are going to keep having their way with crap like this as long as we let them get away with it.
