@skinny I know what you mean but at the same time I cant get my second run in... sure i get the 8 hour guarantee but not as much as if I would get 2 runs, on a layover or a long-turn it would be ok then...

Now YRC wants to buy ABF??? if they got that kind of money first I want my 15% back along with the pensions so these old timers can retire. 2nd fix the equipment up again.

I thought if anything ABF would want to buy us? They have too many sterlings LOL. Heck lets by some non-union carriers... especially some Id love to see go union

If YRC buys ABF they will break up the their contract as well. I bet that's the real reason for it. Or to scare the ABF guys into singing their contract away. The union is a far cry from what they used to be when I was in it. Sad.

Ok, I got my 12v cooler full of healthy goodness. Man, if I could just stay on the program. I know how to eat right. I save lots of money when I take my cooler too. HOLY CRAP! Some lightning just struck real close. KABOOM!

I bet if that did happen and we didn't get our give backs back there would be a HUGE RIOT AND STRIKE.

No more Harrismentburgs for me for now, I'm not on that kind of run... Making a nice leg of lamb, at my dads, got the Gf here, and a bunch of other friends! Well I haven't told you guys but I might transfer to 116. It's 10 minutes away from my dads, where most of my stuff is. I'd still be on line haul with an Akron bid. Going to be some time before anything happens

Heard from the BA that Hoffa is EXTREMELY mad about the whole ABF thing. Hoffa is making print out for every shop steward to post at the terminals. Also is making a thing about if YRC can afford to buy ABF then they can afford to give us back all of our cutbacks

So much for James Welch being a savior. Sounds like another Bill Zollars. What balls he had to try that! Yellow is out to ruin all the ltl companies. Messed up roadway, USF and their own company. Now they are trying to bury ABF. Maybe they will buy Conway one day and run them into the ground too lol! No offense to the Conway drivers on here but I still hold a grudge for the whole Consolidated Freight fiasco. Best job I ever had!
