I don't need the extra hours. I'm not throwing anything away I never use all my hours and make excellent $$$.

Just so we are clear logging it my the miles is illegal. Log it like you do it.

Yeah I have heard this one before. You just do not get it and to those you cannot see it cannot be explained. One man thinks 50 to 55K is excellent the next this may not even be pocket change. It is all perspective. As long as what you do makes you happy thats what matters.

Your answer also indicates you are no ther defensive for some reason, drive a slow truck or something. It dont matter if your happy were thrilled for you. Enjoy.

$88, 000 last year home 2-2.5 days a wk as a company driver. To me that is excellent money. Slower truck yes, but I could care less. Just making sure newbies don't think you are logging the legal way.

You're on borrowed time and your carrier obviously has a pretty ignorant safety department . They obviously haven't been audited in the past couple of years or you'd be on e-logs . From MI and averaging 64 mph ?

Off duty, break. . . but the e-logs keep us honest. When we had paper logs, still off duty for 15. The only difference is e-logs keeps the exact time and paper makes you do 15 min blocks.

Dear Lord....confusion reigns. A driver asked how to log a pee break. It seems as if there is a disagreement on how to pee. Some of you want to be micromanaged, some don't. That's cool, whatever gives you relief. To be clear for the new driver, who obviously has never had this explained to him and if he did, the answer got lost in a sea of persona preference, can I get 3 people in a row to answer the following question in 3 words or less?

QUESTION: How do you log a pee break, ON DUTY or OFF DUTY?

:biggrin_2559::biggrin_2559::biggrin_2559: . The only thing you can't falsify on e-logs is driving .

Depends on if you're peeing for a business purpose. If you're peeing on your trip report before putting it in the transflow envelope, now that would be on-duty, not driving. If you're peeing for the pure enjoyment of relieving yourself, not driving, that would be off-duty.
