ORAM tnx for the pictures ..very nice...i think the air dryer position is hanged under the right side frame BOC....did u got the navigation setup under control yet????

 

I had a chance to operate two trucks with Cummins in them with 3.42 rears, and a Detroit 60 that had 3.42 rears. I never saw anything good about 3.42 rears in any of them. That just seemed like a really weird rear ratio. Seen better results either side of that ratio..... 3.25, 3.36 or 3.55. I know that a lot of trucks got 3.42 ratios based on what Cummins was telling OEM's, but I never seen better results than what other folks were getting from ratios either side of it.

Mine will likely be replaced with 3.36's should they ever need to.

How does your truck do on the bottom side with those 2.64's? do you have to split it with an 18? or would having a 13 work ok?
