Relayed to Springfield yard grabbed a mt got loaded fairly quickly 6k of plastic something. Going to family dollar distrib drop hook. After a while the other fm was sympathetic and apologized. I don't mind picking up loads and delivering them late I just don't want the repocussuons. Took 84 to 87 to 287 to 78 barely found parking at nj/pa rest area. Light traffic to my amazement. Next load is going to Boston haven't looked into it yet. My recap hours are horrible

I was delivering at Toyota in Georgetown today and saw a silver cascadia. It looked real nice. Better than the prostars. First one I've seen. Had me wondering if they're going to start running those in the flatbed fleet now too. I know there is still a few red ones running around.

Coop..i appreciate your posts..seems like my assignments are all run tight too, not much room for roadwork delay or a long pretrip..etc...
Im just doing the best i can. I got refused twice two loads ago and then they relayed it. Nothing i did..i have no idea what goes on in the background cust service, not much gonna worry about it..its a holiday weekend. Boys in the trenches, on the beaches, in the jungle and dusty in the desert endured much more than getting refused at a cons or having messed up hos clock. Its good to see so many honor program stickers out there..a lot of good drivers at roehl..good peeps -

Service plaza on I-80 near Wauseon, OH. Two other Roehlies here. Love the free showers in these places. Load to Sara Lee in PA for Sunday, then a run back to WI. Nice easy day of all driving tomorrow. Getting some serious miles for the weekend and Monday.

At the mothership in Marshfield after hauling a curtain full of custom-cut wood pieces from Brainerd, MN. FM said flatbed freight is quite slow this weekend so might get to have my wife come get me and then we'll head down to our cabin an hour SE of Marshfield, would rather spend Sat and Sun there than at the mothership (though there are worse places to spend a weekend). Enjoy your Memorial Day everyone!
The OSU Thanks this. -
At the Petro in Portage, WI. I am heading to the Walmart DC in Hammond, IN. I delivered to a store in Owatonna, MN this morning before picking up this load in Makato. I have no complaints so far. As with any job communication is key. I have been treated good and they work with you not against you. Some of these FMs at our outfit I read about on here could learn a few things from these people.

If I run 640 miles a day, I'm always two hours early.
