Decided to try to fix the fan clutch and think I might have found the culprit being a leaking fitting.

But while I was fixing that I noticed one of my steer tires had a very bad spot in it. The rest of the tire is like brand new except for this single spot. Of course I bought it 17 months ago, but I'm still going to a TA and ##### about it. It's obviously a bad tire from the factory, and hopefully they replace it. I have the reciept with me too.

Then I found out my headlight was broken.... I'm seriously contemplating not ever looking my truck over again lol

No I could use half a day off so I moved out of my truck tonight and after I load tomorrow I do believe I'm going to consume an adul beverage or two and leave bright and early Tuesday morning or at least after curfew.

    Not a problem.
Hypothetically speaking....If one opens the PDF, then saves it to his desktop, he can then open it in Photoshop and save it as a JPEG file.
Then, again hypothetically speaking, he could open said JPEG in MS Paint, and copy and paste the number he wanted, in the space he wanted it.
Then, in theory, he could print it off and it would look 110% genuine. Just have to be sure, in theory, that the same date font is used in the donor number and it lines up as before.
All of this, of course, is in theory and I would never try such a blatantly bad and grossly illegal thing myself.....
Just need, I would "think", Adobe Photoshop to convert the PDF into JPEG for MS Paint.

Hypothetically speaking, wouldn't a hypothetical officer look up the permit number and find it out of date or not existant in the system ? Creating potentially a worse situation that not having a permit at all ?

    SHC Thanks this.

Not usually. I've had one officer actually pull up a permit in the computer other than that the paper copy you hand them isgood enough.

AZ, CA, OR, MO and GA are the states I run where I know they look up your permit on the computer. When my state trooper escorts show up in MO and GA they pull my permit up on their laptop and have it right there in front of them.

The rest of the states look at your paper copy and I can tell you there are a few states that have no way of looking it up. A few months back I had forgot to get a new Washington 30 permit. I got to Post Falls, ID and realized it was expired by 1 day. It was a Sunday morning and no one is in our office to get me one (Washington is a self issue state if your setup with them). So, I called a permit service that's open on Sunday to get one. However the self-issue permit site was down and even though she could order it and pay for it the system wouldn't allow her to print it. I called the scales and explained my situation and the officer told me they have no way of looking a permit up on the computer, even verified with his boss.
