    Mark looking at windows explorer what is the name of the disk for a tnd 720. mine got renamed to Removable Disk and now the dock wont see the gps

    4 is minimum required. It might be a satellite issue. If you are seeing 4, then the receiver is picking up satellites and is working. So, the update did not change the setting. If it did change the baud/port you would see nothing and get a no signal.

    Depends on your computer... Sometimes Removable Disk is what you will see. What do you mean the Dock will not see the 720? Does the computer see the 720? Should see Navi, RM, NaviMaps, NaviVoices, and a few files.

    something bad happened. getting a "system File Missing" now will call support in AM

    Do you see the folders I mentioned?

    Turn off the 720, disconnect from the computer, then turn on again. See if you still get the SFM error msg.

    Yes I see the folders did a restart and still getting SFM
