    If you want I can remote into your laptop to see the 720. I use TeamViewer. You are missing a file or have a corrupted file. Thus, the NaviInfo file in the root will not build and the Dock will not see the 720. I can place a good file in the root for the Dock to see and then we can run D/R under tools.

    Just started my day. Using iPhone to access the forums. Can try to get wifi when done with shift. Or can you email the naviinfo file and I cold try that on my Lunch break in 5 hours or so.

    Did a D and R and still getting a SFM after reboot. all folders are empty gps hard drive full

    It seems to be fine now except for the Illinois truck speed limit. Anyway it was getting the no gps icon on and off then when I would check in preferences the best I could get was 4/ 12. I had it shut off almost 48 hrs when I turned it back on it worked fine getting 11/12 and 12/12.
