Try a different USB port or have the 720 on and connected then reboot the computer.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Dont know if i am alone on this but i purchased the 720 about 8 months ago and for the past few months it has been internittantly having a problem where it will freeze and the screen will "convulse" and i will have to rezet. Well this morning it did it, but when i tried to restart it, i got nothing. Light comes on if the charger is plugged in, but nothing on the screen. Just black. I am going to have to send it in i suppose. Has anyone had a similar problem? I think its somekind of overheating thing because it seemed to happen usually when it was plugged in, although it did it at least 2 times that i can remember when it wasnt plugged in. So glad i ran out and bougjy the #### thing when it came out. I always wanted a $400 brick.

This could be an power issue. If you have the AC charger, charge on AC for about 3 hours and see if you have the same issue on AC. If AC works fine then your DC cord is bad.

    Thanks,

Have to check here. I know the IP-5 you have stay on the Hot Spot screen for the 520/720 to stay connected.

I have the Galaxy S4 and will test with that.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Does the same on other computers if you have any around?

I would suspect the USB port on the 720. You will have to contact RM support.

    Thanks,
    Mark

FYI - OR-82, OR 3, and WA-129 are all STAA Highways.

    Thanks,
    Mark
