Yeah those are crew stairs. I've hauled them. Easy offload in Memphis too.

I delivered Steel from Houston to Andrews over the weekend and was preplanned from Rotan to Waco with sheetrock. Delivered this morning and got home by Noon... off until.. monday, or perhaps tuesday. I have a preplan taking a mixer on an RGN from Mesquite TX to Little Rock.. and the actual pickup date is Tuesday but my DM is trying to work it for a monday pickup. We'll see tomorrow. I told him I didn't care what day it moved.. so.. whatever.

On a side note, I submitted my resume for an internal position in the office yesterday.. in either safety, operations, or claims. I have applicable experience in all 3. No open positions now but perhaps in the future. I'm working on 2 masters degrees, one of which is in project management so i'm hoping to eventually get out in the field and work as a field supervisor on the blade projects in a non-driving capacity. Its a longshot but worth a try. Otherwise, I suspect by the time I graduate in 2 years i'll be moving into the oil industry. I thought I'd be doing this long term but with so much government intervention screwing with our capacity to make money... its just not worth it any longer.

one before that, pain in the ###, load was fine but having to pull off a few hundred pounds of 2x4's was not fun, all nailed together too.

Was supposed to take a 12' wide to Chicago. That got changed to the 11' wide to Erlanger, KY. Delivered today, a day early. Got a load coming from Lafeyette, IN going to CAT in Miami Lakes, FL. Would stop by the house and do a reset but I can't do another reset till Sunday 2200. That rule SUCKS! Anyway, I'll still stop and spend the weekend with my brother at home. Then leave Sunday morning and shoot down the turnpike to Miami. I got lucky with this load, 150 mile deadhead and 1220 loaded. It sucks I can't deliver till Monday but I should be home for at least Friday afternoon, Saturday, then leave Sunday. That's the plan anyway as long as its not oversize

This sitting around for half an hour, twiddling our thumbs, being counter-productive is the dumbest thing I've ever had to do, legally. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be beaten for their insurmountable stupidity.

At the petro in Glendale, KY for my 30 minute break. Picked up in Lafeyette, IN. Headed down to Miami lakes. Once I get down there I was told I got a reload waiting for me going to Memphis, then from Memphis a 12' wide going to Omaha. I love my job!

What I have going to Florida
