SHOES vs BOOTS - What do you wear?

Hiking Shoes..Some mid height merrel's. very comfy for driving and walking around on the dock. love em.

 

I wear my ventilated crocs in the summer and my unventilated crocs in the winter. I also have a pair of tenny runners when I want them as well as a pair of steel toe work boots with 10" overboots for them too.

 

I'm the same way and havent been driving long. Regular shoes just dont feel right

 

You think your soles on the Nike's don't absorb the same crud?

 

This is where a POLL option for this forum would be good. Easy to disseminate the information without having to read all the answers.

I protect my ankles by wearing ankle high hiking boots. If you twist and ankle, which is easily done considering the terrain we work in, it's gonna be a pain, literally. Plus I like having the support while clutching.

 

This is what I wear during the day while I'm driving. If you look close you can see my choice of sandals. By the way, I'm the good looking one in the middle.

 

I'm sure you use a fifth wheel puller. You probably learned after the first time without it how greasy you got. I may have to start wearing this attire as well. Do you think my cowboy hat would clash?

I wonder how come nobody ever wonders what kind of underwear drivers wear.

 

I haven't drove yet but would like to wear tennish shoes mostly. I only wear flip flops on the beach or around the yard when its hot. And hate steel toes so I hope to avoid those

 

Wait....we are supposed to wear underwear to?
