Brenke logistics in phoenix rips off their drivers!! Do not work for them

Mr. Brisco, you do have a problem with telling the truth. I specifically called you upon hearing of the report on Trucker Report and questioned you. You verified your handle "Brisco" and told me you did not write the report and that it was your wife. You asked me if you wanted it removed and I said definitely. You told me it would be removed and I told you I would give you 2 days to remove it and if it was not removed I would respond with the actual events. You did not remove it so I responded. I have sat down with you personally in the office 2 times going over every load you did. I have my payroll personal along with my CPA go through all your records verifying all payments reimbursements etc. Small claims court wont help you. I have an operations employee, payroll personal that have gone through all this with you. I requested your wife to come into the office several times to discuss any discrepancies you had on pay, since she was doing the numbers and you told me she did not want to. You screwed up did not conform to DOT safety regulations and was terminated.....end of story.

 

All were log book and speeding...no equipment violations.
