Delivered to Walmart dc in Tomah, got pp to pick up pallets across the street. Got there was told no load. Under 6 hrs on 14, 160 miles from home I told them once I'm down to about 4 hrs, I'm going home. Not taking any thing it will take time away. They said hold on working with shipper etc... Whatever, out 28 days, I'm going home, and not missing it.

I think I'm parked next to OSU at p-lot in pacific. Graphic packaging transformer blew out. I left to deliver early anyway. Tried to relay it off in east St Louis but couldn't. Got the go ahead to go to a place next door to get unloaded. Then parked here. OSU let me know if you want to get a bite to eat if your awake. It's hot as hades here. Just knock I'll be awake. Got a load relaying to ellenhood day after tomorrow. Should make it there. Then home.

What a day. Took 5 hrs to get my HON load off on Owings Mills, MD. Then go into Baltimore to grab a load only to be told that load already left down the road 2 days ago? Say what? Wait hours to get it straightened out. Sounds like another driver grabbed the wrong load (my load). Luckily his load was still there and goes to the same place i Chicago so I took that one. FM said I could claim detention being it took nearly 4 hours to get it figured out. Just a heads up. Don't have problems over lunch. Apparently the whole operations staff goes to lunch at the same time..lol..Shut down in the first Ohio service plaza on 80 for the night.
