Not sure about new driver pay. The treat me pretty well. Getting decent miles, home when I wanted to go, can't complain about the benefits.

The benefits lady said this morning that less then 18% SNI drivers are taking advantage of the free health screenings that the benefits provide.

Same rig as mine but mine is black and hard to keep clean. But I get alot of compliments when they see it come out of the wash. I agree, the 2009-2010 Centuries are great running trucks. Had no issue and NO DEF! That and its governed like the team trucks.

Mine just does 62, not 65. I washed mine in the Charlotte OC and it came out dirty lol! I guess I'll have to spend money on a real wash if I want it clean. Mine looks like it hasn't been washed in years. Mine is white.

You know you get a free wash after every PM. If it looks dirty enough the guy probably never used the PM wash and it's still good. Roll up to the blue beacon. Tell them you trucker number and driver number and if it goes through, you got a free wash covered on SNIs dime

Anyways, just wondering about the high idle. I was wondered. There's one that idles at 700 and the other 1000. Read somewhere overtime that idling for long periods of time will damage the engine in low idle??? How's that so?

I just think that's bull. If it damaged the engine, the company wouldn't build it that way.

With low idle the all the fuel isn't burning and starts drying the cylinder bores dry out also strips lubricant from main bearings. Wet Stacking - a condition in diesel engines in which not all the fuel is burned and passes on into the exhaust side of the turbocharger and on into the exhaust system. The word "stacking" comes from the term "stack" for exhaust pipe or chimney stack. The oily exhaust pipe is therefore a "wet stack".

Schneider should outlaw all idling and have it bought like that then.
