I only recently graduated phase 2 training where I was paid a post tax wage of $360 per week.

Since graduation I have not brought home a single dime. I am making money but not near enough to cover the costs incurred by simply doing my job and getting it done. Scale fees, tolls, trailer washouts. I have no choice bu to take pay advances just to keep going and those advances are eating into what little I make. It's killing me.

My drive manager outright ignores me, my dispatch information is wrong a third of the time, my equipment is dated and unreliable, my communication equipment is garbage. I don't have the correct tools or support to get the job done so it's endless stress. However, in spite of being hung out to dry I have yet to have a service failure.

It should also be noted that I am not alone in my predicament. Others from my training class, the ones who have yet to quit, are in the same boat or near it or standing by to board it. It's no longer a mystery to me why FFE recruits so many people. I would look elsewhere for employment. If you have a family to support or othe human beings that depend on you, it would be a crime against them to come work here

How much would you say that you averaged in weekly pay during your first year at FFE?

Good for you, hotrod. Presently my goal in life is to pay my bills. Help a brother out and share your wisdom: in specific, what number to dial to get my drive manager on the phone. That's all I want.

sorry I can't give you an accurate number right now, If I was home I could find the yearly information from my tax return.

I got smart and started calling planners directly. Since then I've run 1500 and just caught an assignment for an additional 970 to finish the week. They answer my communications and keep me rolling hard.

    My DM should be fired.
