Paying antiquated but billing modern off highest possible number. There should be a way we can take the loss....and I suppose we do in maintinance ......... -

The excuse that they're just using an old system doesn't hold much weight. When the Swift lawsuit was granted class action status, several companies switched to the actual, driven miles instead of HHM.
It is theft, plain and simple and the nickel and dime-ing the driver adds up. It will cost me $1,200/year. -

Most companies pay mileage from zip code to zip code and not all miles driven.
