My new truck will be

Some would think , Sam is a Paccar PR rep. He has posted nice things about his truck. And how happy he was the first few days! Almost like a kid waiting for Christmas , waiting for it to arrive at the dealer! Posted pics of his new ride! Till it showed its true colors, he loved his new truck! Truly wish he can get all this fixed! But he may never be made whole! Lost wages/earnings ,the major hit to his customer service record. He got a lemon, and Paccar should have steped up and fixed everything , or replaced the truck. Or refund the price.

 

OK, got a quick glimpse of you/this truck on friday evening in illinois I90/toll heading west out off chicago, between the toll booths...not sure that oram seen me cause im sure he was worn off in the friday evening chicago traffic....
Oram did called u on cb....if u seen me i was heading chicago way/east in that brown 680 .....maybe next time....or anybody else with unpainted bumper and fenders , right side apu tk evolution, no frame steps, feel free to see it if posible...never seen a brownish 680 on road yet..

 

Here we go again...after nice 15000 MILES my truck is broken again...San Diego, aftertreatment again...unbelievable. ...just unbelievable...also my stereo is broken, head unit is bad, $1600 for repair....also my new seat arrived, $2400 for repair...saga continues...next chapter....mmmmmmm.....

 

They have not debugged that Paccar piece of shif yet? You talk to a lawyer yet?

 

That should be covered under warranty for the first year. It was on my T800

 

You need to return that truck, now. Call your state and find out what the Lemon Law is.

 

IIRC, 'lemon laws' only protect retail consumers. They don't apply to commercial vehicles.

 

Summary from may 20 and 30000 driven miles...I was in KW service 12 times...7 times because aftertreatment/sensors, scr, dpf, def injector, nox sensor, freon sensor, temperature module, two recalls, and few more stuff...another five times are related to various problems, broken shockabsorbers under bunk, broken stereo, head unit, bad driver seat, rattle big time, cb is on and off all the time, interior lights have mind on their own, very poor assembly inside truck, all over bad quality...I am now in San Diego waiting for diagnostic. ..I have code IMF18 4336...system any...I call few lawyers...will see how this is going to end...good luck to all...KENWORTH, THE WORLD WORST...
