MNdriver banned ?

I gather from a few posts that MNdriver has been banned from the forum. I have been unable to find the offensive thread that may have led to this, so I'm not making any judgement as to whether the ban was deserved or otherwise.

I do want to bring up a couple points about MNdriver though. First off, many, many people come to the "Ask an Owner-Operator" forum who have little money or credit who want to know how they can become an O/O. MNdriver is one of very few people on this forum who has done that. His posts concerning securing SBA microloan, purchasing bang for your buck equipment, and starting on a shoestring budget should give a lot of prospective O/O's good info to go on.

Secondly, I don't think anyone does more researching than MNdriver. His posts are usually backed up with good solid data. I don't always agree with his conclusions, but I always find his posts chock full of valuable info. I think there is something to be said for good info, links, etc... on a forum such as this. Sure, it's also nice if we can all have the warm-fuzzy feelings towards each other, keep calm, and chive on, etc... But there is something to be said for data as many people wind up here looking for answers to their questions on google. They're not necessarily looking for a buddy, or people to join hands and sing Kum-Ba-Yah, just answers to their questions and good info. MNdriver contributes this as much as anybody.

Last, I would mention that MNdriver has always made himself available to me and others by email or phone outside of the forum. He's my go to guy for all things spreadsheets and accounting software related.

So I hope whatever caused this ban can be resolved and MNdriver will return to post links, spreadsheet examples, and to tell me how junky the A/C on top of my truck is very soon.
