I fuss a little about load planning and most times I feel justified but until I walk in their shoes I haven't a clue what they go through. I spent part of a day with them before Greg left and I liked them all. I just don't understand how my truck makes money when it sits for a day or two waiting on loads or I get 4 days to cover 600 or 700 miles. I'm not making money like that and that's my bigger concern. I still have confidence in Scott but he has a big job and this is a tuff competitive business.

 

Let me say this to all you guys that read this. There are a couple rumors flying around that have no basis. They just frustrate drivers and lend to doubt and uncertainty so if you hear it just ignore it. Don't let that crap get in your head.
Don't ask me what it is because I won't repeat that junk. We have enough on our mind and I talk to drivers everyday from different companies and they have the same issues.

 

u don't understand,its the junk flying around that keeps me motivated and now u got me curious.i don't know if I can sleep now.what I really like is the hot rumors.they are the best motivaters

Dealing with <edited, broker> on this Gainesville to Harrisonville Load..
Most annoying brokers ever.

Load Delivers at 830am, @Walmart, they called me at 620am asking me If I was already in Harrisonville.

 

Why are they using brokers out of Gainesville? did they get thrown out of Pilgrims there again?

 

You're out of the loop.lol I hate dealing with brokers. Theyare so paranoid.

 

Who knows...It was Pilgrims in Gainesville...didn't realize it was a Broker load.
I had to sit all weekend waiting for that load too, seems like they could have found a better BROKER load.


Gopher..don't mind dealing with most of the Brokers....there's a few here and there that give me problems.

 

That's right! Some aren't to bad. I just never get those.lol
