No packing slip was in the box with the new unit. I just included a copy of my purchase receipt in the box and wrote Trade in Offer on it.

Is there anyway on the 720 when in the Summary Map View of a multi point trip to zoom in on a selected area? For example I have 5 waypoints between NY and Wisconsin, and I want to zoom in on waypoint 3 and see how the routing is going to be while I am still traveling to my first waypoint. When you are in the Summary Map View, there are no + and - zoom buttons. If there is no way, maybe this could be added on a feature request.

 

Thanks,did you find out why they are charging taxes online even when you live in a different state?Nobody charged me taxes before unless I ordered something online from my state.To me it looks like an extra charge instead of a tax.

Another glitch showed up on my last trip coming out of Carson CA. I plotted a route from Carson CA to Las Vegas NV, the route it showed was correct I-405 to I-710 to I-105 to I-605-210-15-to US 93 but when I turned onto I-105 my unit froze and would not continue up I-105. It did the same thing a month ago but at that time I thought it was just a glitch and after a reset on I-605 the unit worked normally so appears to b a defect.
On the previous problem get your guys to plot a route from the Pilot in Stanfield OR to Khalsa King Truck Stop in Pasco WA using hwy 395-207-730-12 to 395 to Kartchner St exit and see if they get it to work as the gps will route to HWY 730 and 12 junction and want to turn around and go back the way you came along hwy 730 all the way to Umatilla and onto I-82 the route that we want to avoid after re-calcing numerous times just to get it to follow 730 to 12 jct
And no I have no roads set as avoid in this area.

Just a heads up. ya'll might wanna check the location in of loves # 244. jackson tn. it's off 40 xt 87, think i was heading east when this picture was taken. interesting routing. i decided just to stick on the highway and take the exit. also got weird routing to the same spot when heading the other way on 40.

Appears to be a lot of weird routing with new Map Set????????
