    666, huh...
Does that mean I have to bicker with TripleSix over that one, and if so, do you recommend it's done before of after the "vitamin water"?

I don't have a lack of self control. But obviously there are those who do. Is it worth someones life for you to be abl3 to play candy crush on a plane.

    joseph1135 Thanks this.

In any case the officer sadly is deceased. Hopefully the department will re evaluate the practice of parking a patrol car in the middle of the lane like that and maybe save a life in the future. I understand he was trying to protect the people on the shoulder but if someone like this moron isn't paying attention and looking at facebook there isn't much saving them no matter what you do. Thats why there is fusees.

Every day millions of people conduct tens of millions in business on phones, tablets, etc., while in transit as passengers. All of which would be severely impacted by your excessive and overreaching legislation. I have no idea what candy crush is, but I assume it's a kiddie game you like to play. That's not what my phone is for.

And that's what makes a horse race...

Or debate. Each new argument tries to nose ahead of the last.

Well, yes, in fact we do.

(Ulp, um-mm, let's not get bumped down to Politics.)

Just trying to be agreeable, after all.

I don't disagree with you regarding the truck driver being at fault. I do disagree with you about this being his fault alone. Do some reading about accident prevention, and you will find that there is more often than not a chain of events leading up to it. If any of the links in that chain had not been present, then the accident would never have occurred. That's what I was attempting to point out. It's a shame that nobody seems to want to acknowledge this or take this into account.
