IIRC, as it's been a while since I had a rider for my wife at LS, there is no additional insurance required.
When I had my authority and my driver wanted to have a rider, it cost them $100 a year as that is what the additional insurance cost me.

Is an electronic engine required for the eobr? What if you have a mechanical engine? Does that disqualify you?
