How are you on a 3/2? Walmart did away with those and the 4/2 due to one 34 restart per 70

Think some DC's got rid of the 3 / 2 for different reasons. Without getting out a calculator and trying to fry my brain, there should be no problem working that schedule with the new 34 hour reset, because you can work 3 days, and have two days off and work 3 more as long as you have your reset the second 2 days that you have off. Granted you probably wouldn't be able to work 14 hours a day but just tossing it around in my head I would think it could be done.

3/2 is work 5 off 2 work out your 70 off a 7. We have two of those programs plus 5/5, 7/7, and the usual rest.

A 3/2 where I'm at is "3 drivers/2 trucks". One driver is always on his week off while the other two drivers are working. The low seniority driver is the one who slip seats a week at time in the other drivers trucks while they are off. So each driver works two weeks then is off one week.

Another hack job expose' from the leftist rag called The Nation.

Has to borrow money from Grandpa to buy deodorant, management doesn't sing his praise when he walks buy, yet he continues to work there and ##### about it. I used to work the stock crew for a union grocery store chain. I didn't get rich because a retail clerk's pay was never designed to support a family of four. It didn't pay all of my college tuition but it helped me buy pizza and gasoline on occasion.

I'll be more than happy to drive for Walmart. From what I've seen and heard they have some of the highest paid drivers out there.

depends on how you look at it. If you figure up the pay vs time at work it's not good pay
