ozark motor lines inc? Reviews

Is Ozark fairly lax on things? Such as what personal stuff you have in the truck? Do the micro manage and push you to get a load somewhere?

 

Well it depends on what you mean by personal stuff, but yea pretty laid back company. As for pushing, for the most part they don't care how you get it there as long as it is on time.

 

I was just curious if they push you to make loads run illegal etc. As far as personal stuff as long as I can use my fridge I'm fine lol. Do they do all 48?

 

Mostly east and Midwest. You can use your fridge and microwave no problem.

 

I haven't been there yet but I have to been to that Exel warehouse in Aurora, IL a couple of times. Screw that place.

You can do well there. If I were to leave Melton that is where I'd be going back to.

 

well Im heading orientation for sure dec 2. recruiting was the coolest people I've spoken to. I have a paid bus, ticket, cab to the hotel and my own room. I know they said they do some hazmat loads (which i have the endorsement) but wasnt sure if they paid extra for those?

 

I start orientation on monday 12/9. Solo female driver with 15yrs experience...left last company(they had a terminal in Lebanon Tn with green trucks) you probally know who they are. Was with them for a long time. The last 3 months I had to fight to get any miles, took them a week and half to get me home when husband had 3 strokes(sitting in St. Louis at the time and I live in NC). Long story short is was going to get out of trucking but thats not happening...Any body tell me about Ozark...do they treat you fair...decent miles can you get your dispatcher on the phone. They said I was going to start out at .40.

 

Yep amazon sucks big time...did alot of that with previous company.
