Glad to hear you are getting what you need justpj. I thought about how they did you all last night and it just made me sick. I hope you are able to find the right company soon and get everything back in order. Keep us updated with what's happening.
Navajo Express has just abandoned this trainee in a tiny town 1500 miles from home!

Whats his truck number?
The Challenger and JustPj Thank this. -
I think if I was in that situation, I would beat the crap out of the trainer really bad. Then i would call the cops and claim self defense. At that point, you didn't have much to lose.
You are a much more calm person than i would of been.HotH2o, JustPj and The Challenger Thank this. -
Justpj, I think we all would like to know her truck number.
KHRizenPhoenix, JustPj and Boy Howdey Thank this. -
I don't think I'd tell any prospective employers that you called the cops on them. Leave that part of the story out. Even though you didn't do anything wrong some companies might turn you down because of that.
JustPj Thanks this. -
I agree with treputt. If this so much as hit's your DAC A) like a credit report you do have the right to dispute something on your DAC. I would also if it gives you one centilla of a problem let Navajo and DAC know that this was handled wrong on so many levels and you will take action up to and including litigation. Above all remember although I have not driven a truck yet I have run log books for 10 years as a bus driver. You did exactly the right thing. If any company or trainer even without the knowledge of the company asks you to falsify logs or run illegally the DOT is going to throw you under the bus (no pun intended) with the company. I always say save your license over your job. Btw did the State Patrol even investigate your trainer or did they just say she doesn't want you on the truck and leave it at that ?

Lonesome, Treputt and Leftlane101 Thank this. -
Oh, nice! NOW you tell me?
Seriously, that makes sense! Ironically, I got a call from Melton late this afternoon, a company that received my app several months ago, and with whom I've kept in touch as a possible future employer. I DID tell the recruiter that I called the cops, and guess what? Her tone changed noticeably!
Thank you seriously for the good advice!
