Conway paid .45 when I left.

Yeah Old Dominion pay is insane, but I don't know if they would hire you like that. If they would then I'm going there LOL

I would suggest USX, they won't say no, it's a faster truck and at .48 it's pretty good for being a noob.

Get a year in and start looking at Expedited, Chemical or Secure transport companies. Companies that have military contracts for hauling explosives, money, chemicals, all sorts of expensive goodies everyone wants to steal, those companies will pay a team a lot more.

    Boyle Transportation
    Tri State Motor Transit
    Secured Land Transport
    Rinchem Company, Inc

Pretty much anyone that hauls for the Department of Defense hires teams and usually pays them very well. Although it's not for everyone to have a good night sleep while your friend is going up and down Colorado with tons of explosives a few feet behind. But it's something to think about.

Also, I might want to recommend Tri State, I have no idea what their pay is nowadays. But a few years back my dad teamed for them in their "Ghost fleet". It's all government loads. He also worked for Boyle hauling tomahawks. He has nothing but good things to say about both companies. I'm assuming pay has gone way up since the 90s!
