Whatcha wanna know? Do I want to screw you by getting a referral bonus? I wouldn't do that. :)

Most drivers last 0-6 months. Paychecks are a rollercoaster ride. The log dept will teach you how to falsify. You will sit a day waiting on a load and then around midnight you get 30 hrs to drive 1000 miles. If you have 5 drops, tough, keep going or get fined if under a Tyson load. Play their game or they'll starve you out.

One week you'll get 3700 miles, the next 2 weeks 1500. 2009 W-2 was $41K. I just noticed they dropped pay .02 a mile the other day.
They pay authorized tolls, but none are authorized, so you dodge. No prepass. New drivers are cut back to 62mph. 99% lease drivers quit within 6 months.
They closed their main terminal and crammed in a small building in East Dubuque, IL across the river from Dubuque, IA. They also closed their Gulfport, MS yard. Most of the office people are new and inexperienced since the experienced ones didn't move. Most are overworked and in a crappy mood. Four dispatchers have 100-120 drivers each. Communication is tough and many messages get ignored.

The 3 bay shop can't handle all the trucks. They now expect drivers to spend their own free time getting trailers serviced at Speedco's. The latest fleet replenishment was used Ryder Columbia's.

The new CSA2010 scores they have 3 up in the high 80's with ALERT, ALERT, ALERT everywhere. They will be going under a magnifying glass and increased inspections.

Dang I'm getting depressed writing this.

It's bearable, but there are many others better out there. I been there over 2 1/2 years. It started going downhill last January and their future is questionable. Use them to make some money and make your own decision.

You keep saying this like it's a bad thing. So the hiring standard is too strict and your suspended license is an issue for them.... Hmm.

He has 4 yrs exp according to his avatar. It shouldn't be a surprise they go back farther then what they said.Especially if they see a tarnish on his mvr or dac that may raise a few red flags.
